The Finistère committee of the Ligue contre le cancer is a key player in the fight against cancer in our department. With a presence across the entire territory, we implement actions to raise awareness, prevent, support patients and their loved ones, and fund research. Support for patients and caregivers We support people with cancer and their caregivers in our 7 league centers (Brest, Morlaix, Carhaix, Quimperlé, Quimper, Cap Sizun, and Crozon) and in the department's main care centers. In these centers, we offer entirely free supportive oncology care: psychological support, socio-aesthetic care, socio-hairdressing, adapted physical activity, and dietary workshops. In 2023, 610 people benefited from these services.
